Delete your Liberty Hold account
You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account. If you can, send it from the email address of the Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in you linked to the game.
- Tell us your player name and, if you are in one, your clan.
- We will confirm the account is yours before deleting it, for example with a short code we send to your in-game inbox for you to reply with, so nobody else can delete your account. You do not need to reinstall the game for this.
What is deleted
Your account and its identifiers, your display name, town, armies, heroes, items and progress, clan membership, rankings, direct messages and inbox, any linked sign-ins and any Discord link. Your old world and clan chat lines drop out as those rooms keep only their latest 100 messages. This happens within 30 days of the confirmed request. Copies in our nightly backups disappear as those backups expire (after about eight weeks), and we will not restore your account from one.
What we keep
Purchase records for six years, as Irish tax law requires; reports about rule-breaking while they are handled and for up to 12 months after; and a record that a sign-in account has already claimed the link bonus. Items you bought cannot be restored once the account is deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.
